Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management solution, which will grant you absolute control over your email accounts and email campaigns. With this easy-to-navigate user interface, you can create a new email mailbox in no time and manage its settings with ease. Additionally, you can forward electronic mail messages from one e-mail box account to another, create mail filters, create autoresponders and secure your email mailboxes against junk messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your email box accounts against junk emails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwelcome electronic mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your emails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a given email mailbox account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming messages based on specific rules specified by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly set up a filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and specify the email filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming messages from one electronic mail account to another, or even to several other e-mailbox accounts. Just choose the email mailbox you would like to forward electronic mail messages from, then specify the target mailbox and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly set up the mail client of your preference to access your e-mail boxes. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you want to set up on your computer or cellular phone and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mail account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple email mailbox accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to read and our system will take care of the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
